[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #2510: cupstestppd fails with misleading message

Before I forget to mention:
- using file uncompressed, cupstestppd doesn't fail (only a warning)
- using files with similar size, produces same error
- using files with larger/smaller size doesn't produce that error
