Problem with proper page counting

I have problem with pages counting. Example: one printer with start banner (classified), I'm trying to print 3 same copies of document. I should see in my /var/log/cups/page_log file something like that:

A4-Black nobody 324 [09/Aug/2008:17:05:46 +0100] 1 1 - 192.168.1.106 //banner
A4-Black nobody 324 [09/Aug/2008:17:05:46 +0100] 1 3 - 192.168.1.106
A4-Black nobody 324 [09/Aug/2008:17:05:46 +0100] 2 3 - 192.168.1.106
A4-Black nobody 324 [09/Aug/2008:17:05:46 +0100] 3 3 - 192.168.1.106

but logs say:

A4-Black nobody 324 [09/Aug/2008:17:05:46 +0100] 1 1 - 192.168.1.106
A4-Black nobody 324 [09/Aug/2008:17:05:46 +0100] 1 1 - 192.168.1.106

The second line of file says that only one copy of the first page was printed, but there were three of them.

Where's the problem?

I'm using Cups 1.3.8 on Debian. My printer model is Canon ir 3100CN and I'm using cups windows drivers for it.
