[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2915: SIGKILL in "Set Printer Options" leaves print in an indeterminate state

Setting printer options with a queue while it is currently
printing sends a SIGKILL on the current job and restarts a
copy of the current job.

The SIGKILL causes the printer to be in an indeterminate state.
