The URI mapping current applies to any remote printer, whether it
has been created manually or automatically via discovery on the
client.

There is a pending bug to address this particular issue which
uses the printer-type value to determine whether the printer was
discovered (CUPS_PRINTER_DISCOVERED) or created locally.
