[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2666: Please provide DefaultErrorPolicy configuration option

In some cases (like desktops) it is preferable to have ErrorPolicy default
to "retry-job" instead of "stop-printer" (the latter is not very user
friendly if you just ran out of paper, etc.).

It would be great if this could become a configuration option. Attached is
a patch from Matthew King, sent to http://bugs.debian.org/460094, which
achieves that. It does not change the default behaviour.

Please consider adopting this upstream, too.
