[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #2686: Unsupported character set "iso-8859-1

I'm unable to print from older Linux-based systems to cups server about
version 1.3.3!

The linux clients use cups 1.1.x and the server is running cups 1.3.4 or
1.3.5. If I return to cups 1.3.3 on the server all is working great.

It seems to be a character set problem between utf8 and iso-8859-xx!

The error_log on the server says:
E [22/Jan/2008:21:47:00 +0100] Unsupported character set "iso-8859-1"!

while the client gets these error messages:
- [root at client cups]# lpq -Pps1
    lpq: Unknown destination "ps1"!
- lpq: get-jobs failed: client-error-bad-request

If a make a diff between 1.3.3 and 1.3.5 and search for this error message
a found, that it seems to be the

if-statement in line 363 of "cups-1.3.5/scheduler/ipp.c"

This is new in 1.3.5 and absend in 1.3.3!

Could you please correct this bug in the next version.
