[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #2694: Undefined symbols on CUPS build on AIX

Thanks for your response, but it is incomplete.  Also Openssl is and was
installed.  We still have two undefined symbols.  Where can the symbols
__stack_chk_guard 
..__stack_chk_fail

Be found?  Thanks for looking at this.

Compile errors are priority 3, not 5. Also, this is the sort of report
that
should first be posted to the forums...

The AIX linker is complaining that _httpBIOMethods is not defined
(because
you don't have OpenSSL installed), which is why the compile fails.

Either exit cups/libcups_s.exp and remove the _httpBIOMethods line or
install OpenSSL.
