IPP not work with my CUPS driver

Hi Michael,

In Mac OSX 10.5 printer center, press [IP] on toolbar,
1. Internet Printing Protocol - IPP
2. Line Printer Daemon - LPD
3. HP Jetdirect - Socket
three item are displayed.

Select the IPP, and input my network printer address,
Then specify using my CUPS filter driver.

Print a document, the job stuck in queue.
the /var/log/cups/error_log shows that my filter and ipp backend has started but blocked there forever.

LPD has the same problem.
HP Jetdirect can printer successfully.

Any suggestion for me? should printer firmware implement IPP or LPD protocol?
