[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2843: lpstat -o <printer> is slow while lpstat -o is fast

When querying a printer with lpstat -o <printername> it took up to several
seconds to get the result, while a plain "lpstat -o" returns with the
complete spooljob list within 0.0x seconds, sometimes 0.1xx seconds.

So my workaround is to use the following construct

lpstat -o | grep "^<printer>-"
