Does ppdmerge support Czech, Hungarian and Turkish?

Hello All

Does ppdmerge command support Czech, Hungarian and Turkish languages?

I have installed CUPS Version cups-1.4svn-r7007 and DDK Version 1.2.3.
I have tested the merged PPD for these languages, I can't see the merged PPD localized in expected languages and instead can see the English version of the strings. That is, after creating the print queue in any one  of these languages, my driver doesn't show the expected localized strings,  but instead displays English strings.

Kindly put some lights on this.
