[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #2767: OKI C5300 often report cpu effor with CUPS 1.3.X

On fedora 8 the version:
1.3.0
1.3.2
1.3.3
1.3.4

create the same problem.
I do not understand why on fedora 8 doesn't work the version 1.2.12.

My Apple computer use an Intel x86_64 cpu. Fedora 8 is x86_64 version.
