some bug about cupsd

when i run as root,but it also show the message "cupsd: Child exited with status 1!?"
 below is my profile and i have try three diffrent passwd &&shadow file.
 BTW:CUPSD Run in busybox.
 first:
 passwd file: root:x:0:0:root:/:/bin/sh
 shadow file: root:$1$Gyr4xQfX$FwtvPqHao4VeRdDP8UUsG/:13936:0:99999:7:::
 second

 shadow file is empty
