[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3007: CUPS can no longer translate strings.

Well, you can copy the locale/cups.pot file from the CUPS sources to
/usr/share/locale/ll/cups_ll.po, where "ll" is the locale you are
generating for.  The base translations won't be there, but yours
should be.
