[STR New]

When enabling publishing of shared printers, it very often isn't the right
thing to do to broadcast IPP packets on all network interfaces. This is
because home users often have an "Internet" network interface which may be
connected to a cable modem (for instance), and so this is not a
point-to-point interface.

Unfortunately this means that 'BrowseAddress @LOCAL' ends up broadcasting
information about local queues to the ISP's subnet.

It would be great to be able to disable this using the adminutil API on
http://localhost:631/admin, or else have some easy way of
limiting/restricting which interfaces are used.

Perhaps even a 'LocalNetworkInterfaces' directive to filter which
interfaces count in @LOCAL?
