[STR New]

Detailed description:
All printer-specific features are disabled (e.g Paper Feed feature) while
printing with pages per sheet more than 1.
It looks like the issue is caused by fix of another defect in CUPS: STR
#1161 "Override Begin/EndFeature with N-up printing". The comments for the
STR #1161 defect: "The embedded setpagedevice commands are causing the
problem. There is no way, at present, to "fix" this 100%, although we
might disable all printer-specific features in CUPS 1.2 when printing with
number-up != 1."

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a printer with test.ppd file (attached).
2. Open any text document with 3 or more pages in the TextEdit
application.
3. Switch to the Layout PDE and choose 2 pages per sheet from the
appropriate pop-up.
4. Switch to the Paper Feed PDE and select the following options: first
page from the Lower tray and remaining pages from the Upper tray.
5. Press the Print button.

Actual result:
All papers are fed from the default input slot (Upper).

Expected Result:
Paper Feed feature and other printer-specific features should work
correctly if more than 1 pages per sheet is chosen.

Additional Info:
Attached test.ppd is a Generic PPD file with added Lower option and
modified Upper option for Input Slot PickOne control.
*InputSlot Upper/Upper: "<</ManualFeed false /MediaPosition 0>>
setpagedevice"
*InputSlot Lower/Lower: "<</ManualFeed false /MediaPosition 1>>
setpagedevice"

Regression:
Mac OS X 10.5.5(9F33), CUPS 1.3.8, 1.83Ghz Intel Core Duo, 1GB
