Downgrading to a feature request.

-P (and -i) send the PPD file directly to cupsd, which takes it exactly as
provided since users of that interface are assumed to have already modified
the PPD file. Changing this interface would make it impossible to change
options in a PPD file, and duplicating the code in lpadmin is not
something we want to do.

Will not fix.
