[MOD] STR #2826: Merge PPD compiler and CUPSmessagecatalogs

Hi,

I got all developers packages, my only concern is path settings.

from below path i can't see any FLAGS.

[orasup at adm-ora01-pt cups-1.4svn-r7995]$ echo $PATH
/usr/bin:/usr/kerberos/bin:/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/home/orasup/bin:/usr/include/:/usr/lib:/usr/include/:/usr/lib:/usr/sbin:/usr/ccs/bin
[orasup at adm-ora01-pt cups-1.4svn-r7995]$ env|grep FLAGS

can you let me know your path settings.
