[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3157: Online Man page cupsd-conf mistaken regarding Port command

http://www.cups.org/documentation.php/ref-cupsd-conf.html states " The Port
directive is equivalent to "Listen *:nnn". The default port is 631." In
Cups 1.3.3 (can't test newer versions) this is not true-- Port 631 is
equivalent to using TWO listen commands:
listen *:631
listen localhost:631
If you replace Port 631 with listen *:631 (while trying to troubleshoot
another problem) you will break the ability to administer via a local web
browser.
