[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3166: creating packagage with epm gives error

trying to make a pkg-package (make pkg) with epm-software
produces the following errormessage:
epm: Unable to open file "pdftops/pdftops" for destination
"/usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftops"
     No such file or directory
*** Error code 1
The following command caused the error:
epm -v --output-dir dist  -f pkg cups packaging/cups.list

changing ../cups-1.3.10/packaging/cups.list and cups.list.in
  pdftops/pdftops   into    filter/pdftops
making package with epm works fine.
(seems to be an error/misconfiguration like STR#3161, STR#2759)
please take this into account in further versions.
