[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3460: ipp: reset printer status to "Ready to print" after successful job

The ipp backend sets the printer status to "Waiting for job to
complete..." after submitting the print job, but does not reset it
once the job has completed.

The socket backend already uses the string "Ready to print." so we can
use that.
