[cups.bugs] Problem with RHEL5/CUPS 1.2.4

I believe this is a known bug in Red Hat's texttopaps filter;
upgrading to the current 5.x update or switching to the original CUPS
texttops filter should fix the issue - search the old cups.bugs
messages or open a support call with Red Hat for specific directions.
