[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3105: Single pages are printed on the wrong side of letter paper

Dupe of STR #3019. Add the following to your PPD file to work around your
printer's buggy behavior:

    *cupsEvenDuplex: True

However, if your printer is configured to duplex by default (via the
control panel or web interface), this may not be sufficient.
