[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3054: octet-stream is accepted, but no filter enabled

In file "cups-1.3.9/conf/mime.convs.in" is line:
@DEFAULT_RAW_PRINTING at application/octet-stream  application/vnd.cups-raw  
    0-

which results in a line with remark sign, if RAW_PRINTING is not enabled.

But file "cups-1.3.9/conf/mime.types" doesn't contain appropriate
mechanism neither:
application/octet-stream

(note: without "@DEFAULT_RAW_PRINTING@" before).

This might result in issues, like reported in:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=463171

Suggested fix:
- add "@DEFAULT_RAW_PRINTING@" to file "cups-1.3.9/conf/mime.types"
- and let conf/mime.types get generated by configure (= rename it to
conf/mime.types.in too)
