foomatic-rip failed

This is not a bug of CUPS, but of the printer driver package you are 
using (where did you download it? For which printer?). The package is 
shipping a PPD file which requires sicgsfilter but it does not install 
or even not ship this filter. Please contact the developers of the driver.
