   Scheme names consist of a sequence of characters beginning with a
   letter and followed by any combination of letters, digits, plus
   ("+"), period ("."), or hyphen ("-").

so the underscore used by Canon is not allowed.

Since the URIs that CUPS consumes and produces must a) follow the
corresponding standards and b) be consumed by other applications and
systems following the same standards, we cannot allow backends with
underscores in the names.
