[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3261: pstops filter segfaults

There appears to be a problem with option parsing in the pstops filter.
It is segfaulting (signal 11) when given an improperly formatted option.

When using the custom option syntax of the form Foo={Bar=Baz} if the
terminating "}" is missing, a segfault occurs. When the option syntax
error is corrected, everything works fine.

This syntax should also be verified by the lpr command. However, it does
not appear to be.

This is for CUPS 1.3.10-r2 on Gentoo Linux.
