We *really* don't want to re-introduce the double lookup, as it turns out
to be a serious performance issue for servers with lots of printers
(especially on 1.1.x where there were no optimizations for the
printer/class lists...)

Since we haven't needed the double lookup since CUPS 1.2, the default
configuration will continue to work with 1.1.x servers, and this specific
configuration (5 year old 1.1.x server with classes accessed from a brand
new 1.4 client pointed directly at the server) is going to be rare, we
won't be "fixing" this issue.
