General support is not available via the STR form. Please post to the CUPS
forums and/or mailing lists for general support.

Compare the (debug) error_log entries for the job on the client and
servers to see whether the options are being sent across.

FWIW, we've had no other reports of problems like this, and this kind of
problem would have shown up rather quickly during testing...
