[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3181: polled printers are "not published"

I've got a server-a that does a BrowsePoll from server-b. On server-b the
printer(s) are "Printer State: idle, accepting jobs, published." However
server-a says "Printer State: idle, accepting jobs, not published."

Clicking (server-a) on the "publish" button does not help at all (as i get
linked to
http://server-b:631/admin/?op=set-sharing&printer_name=abc&shared=1

There is no firewall or anything else between those printers, they're on
the same network. 

Of course printing from any client on server-a does not work  (fails with
client-error-not-authorized).
