[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3418: Wrong "current driver" displayed in web interface

Fixed in Subversion repository.

Updated in two places so that we only reset the CURRENT_MAKE_AND_MODEL
when adding a printer, and we preserve the current driver if no drivers
are installed for the same make (a related issue...)
