As RFC 1179 only talks about ASCII characters and octets, there is no
standardized behavior for non-ASCII job names.  Thus, the default is to
sanitize the job name (title) when sending a job via LPD.

You can disable this by adding "?sanitize_title=no" to the end of the
device URI.
