[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3391: Web interface: gets stuck modifying serial printer

When using the CUPS web interface to modify a printer whose device URI is
serial:/dev/ttyS0?baud=115200 (or similar), the screens shown are:

1. device URI
2. serial device settings (baud rate etc)
3. name/description etc
4. goto 2

The fix is to pass through the serial parameters as hidden variables.
