[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3330: lp pdf-file with no printer output

The attached pdf-file /var/spool/cups/d00182-001 gives no printer output
with /usr/bin/lp d00182-001. It was generated with kwrite/File/Print/Name:
hplaserjet3030 then pressing Print and disabled printer to intercept the
print job.
Using the pdf-reader /usr/bin/okular d00182-001 reading and printing is
OK. With /usr/bin/kwrite I cannot print.
