[STR New]

I'm so tired of await one solution to my problem, therefore I will ask to
you about your goal.

I'm about to lose my job because it fails and you are only closing my bug
reports, without give me one clear answer or do research/fix this problem.

Here is my summary of the history:

I have a lot of EPSON TM-U950 printers, I'm using the Generic ESC/P Dot
Matrix Printer Foomatic/epson driver on CUPS 1.3.x and CUPS 1.4.x.

These printers works fine in CUPS 1.3.x but it doesn't work in CUPS 1.4.x.

At the first time, your excuse was "We do not support or develop the
software/driver you are using.". (See http://www.cups.org/str.php?L3499).

The answer from the developer was: "This is not a problem of
Foomatic."(See http://bugs.linux-foundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=422).

After, your excuse was "Your printer is not supported by CUPS out of the
box."(See http://www.cups.org/str.php?L3540).

If this is true, I ask to you again: Why the printer works perfectly on
the preview version of CUPS ? (Without none change in the configuration
files; I'm only do install the printer ... and it works)

Your last excuse was "about the raw printing" (See
http://www.cups.org/str.php?L3545).

I did the changes following your instructions and nothing changed.

And I ask to you again: Why do you close the bug report without fix the
problem, when the evidence shows that CUPS (version 1.4.x) is the main
problem here ?.
