[cups.development] Need to hold the job programmatically when print job has arrived in Snow leopard

Mac-specific questions should be addressed to the Apple printing list:

In general, if you have a PDE that wants to enforce certain options, you'll need to set them in your PDE.  For holding the job you want to set the "job-hold-until" key to "indefinite".
