There is a little documentation error in current trunk. It is also in
current 1.4 (and possibly in other previous versions):

    "...multiple Deny directives can be used to _ALLOW_ access for
     multiple hosts or networks."
           (http://localhost:8631/help/ref-cupsd-conf.html#Deny)

It should rather be:

    "...multiple Deny directives can be used to _DENY_ access for
     multiple hosts or networks."
