[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3747: Harmless JobPatchFile syntax mistake fails even when using relaxed conformance

This sort of thing causes libcups to fail to load a PPD:

*JobPatchFile: "
[{
        << /MediaType (Unspecified) /MediaColor (Unspecified) >>
setpagedevice
} stopped cleartomark
"

The only error here is to miss out the (ignored) number before the colon. 
Surely this shouldn't cause the PPD to fail, especially when conformance is
set to relaxed?
