[cups.bugs] [CRIT] STR #3499: EPSON TM-U950 doesn't work with CUPS 1.4.x

I have one EPSON TM-U950 POS printer, until the CUPS 1.3.9 the printer
works very well; but in the CUPS 1.4.x doesn't work anymore.

I'm attaching the test files and the log files.
