[STR Closed w/o Resolution]

With the exception of "localhost" (which is a special name reserved for use
with the loopback interface), we *do* resolve.

The reasons we don't resolve localhost are:

1. Many users delete it from /etc/hosts
2. Many network admins define a localhost entry for the local domain that
points to their main server (yes, this is totally bogus) and not to the
loopback interfaces.
3. Name resolution can be slow and often blocks when using CUPS on a
system that does not have Internet connectivity.

So no, we will not be changing the current behavior.
