how to cancel a job when job arrived

Hi to every body,

I am working in mac printer.I have to capture the print job whenever user gives print from my application and I want to read the page size,number of copies,color before it is going to print and I have to give authorization for the print.can any  body help me how can i achieve this .

I need some samples to cancel the job,pause and restart the printer .

please help me.
