[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3613: Setting location or information for a class is impossible with lpadmin

After adding a printer to a class, setting the location or information
doesn't work: 

-sh-3.2# lpadmin -p printer -c class
-sh-3.2# lpadmin -p class -D info -L loc
lpadmin: A class named "class" already exists!

The problem also occures with 1.4b1.
