Right now if I run "lpoptions -o optionName" it replaces the current option
with "true".  I would expect cups to return the option's value.

Right now the man page says:
-o option[=value]
     Specifies a new option for the named destination.

I think the best fix would be to make "-o optionName" return the value of
the option, but this would break backwards compatibility.

Another option would just be to clarify the man page.  This keeps
backwards compatibility, but keeps a behavior that I don't think is
useful.
