Printer repeats to print first page

OS: Linux Ubuntu 10.04
Printer: Canon LASER SHOT LBP-1120
Official driver version 1.80

Can smb help to solve the following problem:
If there is only one sheet of paper in the printer and I send to print a task which require more then one sheets so the printer prints first page, I turn it around and put back for print the second page BUT printer is printing first one again and it is repeating until I put more then one sheets of paper inside. Looks like printer send "error" command when a task was not printed fully (due to lack of paper sheets) and starting to print from the beginning.

Can smb help on this? Thanks in advance.
