[cups.development] [RFE] STR #3576: Enchant lpd backend to "folow" remote jobs

When using the lpd printer backend it returns and exits when the remote lpd
have accepted the job. This makes it impossible to for example cancel a job
that was submitted to cups and processed via the lpd backend.

A solution would be to have the lpd backend to continue to monitor the
remote lpd queue to continuously show the status of the job in the remote
queue and thus also be able to cancel a queued job.
