[STR New]

I'm unable to use a Xerox 7435 copier since this summer, which probably
matches upgrade from 1.3.x to 1.4.x. I can't really ensure the problem is
due to the upgrade, but it used to work, with the same configuration.

The server is a 32-bits linux mandriva server, using the official cups
1.4.4 package backported from the development version. The printer is
configured to use the ipp backend (DEVICE_URI
ipp://printer.domain.tls:631/ipp), with the official vendor-provided ppd
file (slightly modified to change default values). Any attempt to print
the test page fails with the following error message:
'recoverable: the network host printer.domain.com is busy, will retry...'

According to the attached network capture, it seems the server
(193.55.250.2) is confused by the printer (172.18.213.28) answer
(unsupported attribute: com.apple.print.recoverable-message).
