Dear Michael,

Here are the details solicited again (Linux Version and CUPS Version).

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.5 (Tikanga)
Kernel 2.6.18-194.8.1.el5 on an x86_64
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
yum info cups.x86_64
Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security
Installed Packages
Name       : cups
Arch       : x86_64
Epoch      : 1
Version    : 1.3.7
Release    : 18.el5_5.7
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I have collected the CUPS DEBUG Logs.

The logs in the link http://paste.org/pastebin/view/22751 are for the job that was submitted but nothing came out of the printer.

The logs in the link http://paste.org/pastebin/view/22752 are for the job that was submitted and the label came out of the printer.

Please note that there is a slight difference in the logs close to line 293 in the first log(unsuccessful) and 296 in the second log(unsuccessful)

Regards,
Anurag
