please help, canon gui

(sorry for my english, i speak spanish)
i installed ubuntu 10.04 in the family pc, and change the appareance like windows
(because the working pc is used by regular windows user), but i need that canon gui apears when i push print in programs like evince and open office
i can use the gui putting the cngplp command in the terminal but, can i put this command in some configure file in cups  every time i press option when i going to print whit a printer (canon lbp3000) appears that gui?
i have a ip2700 to, and with the command cnijnpr appears the gui, i need that gui appears every time when i send a printing job for configurate the paper soruce and a lot of optiones
I KNOW THAT PROGRAMS LIKE EVINCE AND OOO CAN CONFIGURATE PRINTING OPTIONS LIKE RESOLUTION, QUALITY, ETC...BUT I NEED THAT THE CANON GUI APPEARS BECAUSE THERE ARE OPTIONS THAT NOT APPEARS IN THE PPD , AND THE PRINTING OPTIONES OF LINUX ISN'T LIKELY THE PRINTER OPTIONS OF WINDOWS AND I NEED THAT APPAREANCE OF LINUX ARE THE MOST LIKE WINDOWS CAN I DO
