Unable to copy the PPD file

Hello,
I reported that I successfully build CUPS 1.4.5 with Native Avahi
support and it could found myprinter on Bonjour service of my LAN.

Following the CUPS success, I've could built gutenprint from CVS
repository, which supports my printer Cannon PIXMA MG6100.

I tried to add the printer to the CUPS but the CUPS refuse the PPD
file, saying "Unable to copy PPD file" when I selected the PPD file
and clicked the Add new printer button.

What is the cause of the error?

I posted the same question to gimp-print developper ML, too.
