[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3892: CUPS cannot detect Xerox Phaser 3100MPF

I use MyBook World to be a print server with CUPS on Linux. I have
installed CUPS just fine on the system, but it cannot detect my USB
printer (Xerox Phaser 3100MPF).  When I check linux system, it detected
the printer, but CUPS says (when searced for printers): No printers found.
