[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3854: When going from page 1 to page 2 on printers tab, order of printers gets reversed

when you have 100 + printers on the printers tab of the WI, when you go to
page 2, then back to page 1, the order of printers appears to be reversed.
 Tested on RHEL 5.3 compiled
